Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

 We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS)  and all of our packages are mailed and tracked via Priority Mail Services. Please be aware that due to Covid-19 there may be slight delays in deliveries. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and we encourage customers to contact their local post office should their package be delayed, lost or stolen.

Standard Shipping: FREE for all orders over $60: 5-9 business days

Standard Shipping: FLAT RATE $8.99 for all orders $60 and under: 5-9 business days.

Standard Shipping: FREE  Shipping Codes issued monthly for various products for customers  who subscribe/sign up for our Mailing List.

Shipping confirmation emails along with the tracking numbers are sent to customers once orders have shipped. Tracking is also available through your member account page.

TRACKING POLICY

Once your order ships you should receive an email with tracking information attached. Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update its location. 

 

HANDLING OF LOST PACKAGES OR INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot be held  responsible for damages of products that occurred during shipping or stolen packages.  We provide tracking with every purchase, and thus can not help any further besides re-sending tracking information.  We encourage you to contact your local postal service (USPS)  office and file a claim for the item(s).

We are not responsible or required to refund  or replace lost, stolen or items sent to the wrong address. Once an item is shipped and handed over to the United States Postal Service, EvanRuby LLC  transfers the responsibility and ownership of your package over to the shipping carrier and we are no longer involved or able to assist in the process.

If there is a product defect due to our manufacturing upon delivery, please contact us via email no later than 3 business days upon arrival. If three (3) business days elapse and you fail to contact us, you assume responsibility and will forfeit the right for an exchange or a refund due to a product defect.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns Accepted:

 

Unworn, unwashed clothing with the tags attached and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for either a refund or exchange of the same exact product (in a different size). Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition and we reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in a condition which does not meet our returns policy.

Return Options:

1) Refund - $8.00 Handling Fee

Unworn, unwashed clothing with the tags attached and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt. There is a flat rate of $8.00 for each return delivery. If you choose a refund this amount will be deducted from your refund total. Just simply use the USPS return label generated for you when you submit your return through the Returns Portal.

2) Size Exchange -FREE Return Label

Fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for a size up or down? Unworn, unwashed clothing with the tags attached and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt. You'll receive access to print a prepaid return label and a replacement size for the IDENTICAL item will be sent as soon as we've received notice your original package has been scanned as 'in transit' by the United States Postal Service. Please note that inventory is not held or guaranteed. This option will only be available if we have enough stock on hand of the preferred size. If the replacement size you request is more than your original price paid for the smaller size you will be required to apply additional funds to complete the transaction. If stock is running low or already sold out you won't be able to choose that size. If you desired identical item size and color sells out before you've sent the original back to us, you'll automatically be issued a refund. The $8.00 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Start a Return or Exchange

Simply go to our Returns Portal and follow the prompts. Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive email instructions to download/print your return label, then mail your package back to us. We will send you a notification as soon as your store refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow 5-9 business days for returns to be processed and/or shipped. Please Note: If a refund is processed you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. Also,  it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
