SHIPPING POLICY

The best efforts are done to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS)  and all of our parcels are mailed and tracked via Priority Mail Services.   Please be aware that due to Covid-19 there may be slight delays in deliveries. If you think your parcel is taking too long, please contact us. We will do our utmost to help track down and resolve any issues.

LOST PACKAGE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.  We cannot be held  responsible for damages of products that occurred during shipping or stolen packages.  We prove tracking with every purchase, and thus can not help any further besides resending tracking information.  We encourage you to contact your local USPS office.

 

We are not responsible for replacing items unless there is a product manufacturing defect. Upon delivery, please contact us via email so we can work towards a solution.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customers address. Customers should reach out to their local post office and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch." Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered to you, any replacements would have to be at your expense. Otherwise we will investigate to work towards an equitable solution.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If either of these circumstances apply to you, you can start the refund or replacement process using the Returns Form on our Contact Page, bottom right. You will need your order number to begin the refund or exchange process.    Once your refund request is reviewed, we'll notify you whether it's been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our return policy last 30 days. If 31 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange for the same product. To be eligible for a merchandise refund return, your item must have been either the wrong item or damaged; be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Please do not mail anything back to us. We cannot be held responsible for items mailed to us that are non-returnable and without a Returns Form having being approved by us. You may access the The Returns Form on our Contact Page.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Prior to returning any item please note - after a review of your concern we will issue you return instructions.  Any unauthorized returns or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited and donated to charity (if applicable). Additionally, you are not eligible for a refund for a shipment returned to sender unless the order is damaged in transit.

Please also note: Because our products are so affordably priced, sale prices are only for the stated sale time. We do not offer price adjustments under any circumstances.
